Seeing the property first-hand will help us to determine the maximum potential selling price for your property, relative to prevailing market conditions. We will also demonstrate how we calculate this figure.
Whilst we will always want to achieve the maximum price possible, we promise not to deliberately over-inflate the value of your property simply to become your appointed agents.
